We focus on bringing multicultural activations focused on highlighting all communities. Our primary platforms of execution are TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube, and emerging platforms.
We work on national campaigns with brands from Lexus Automotive, Cash App, Warner Brothers, Paramount+, Amazon, Proctor & Gamble, Julie Care, invisaWear by ADT Security, Benefit Cosmetics, Kosas Beauty, NBC Universal, Universal Music Group, Sony Electronics, and many more.
Job Overview
The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the account management team with end-to-end campaigns with clients; strategizing and executing campaigns. The role will involve talent research, casting, creative campaign development, campaign management, and reporting.
Compensation Range: $1200 - $1500 per month (depends on your experience)
Timeline
Time: June 2024 - September 2024 (after internship, opportunity for a longer term role)
Hours: 30 hours per week (ability to request more time)
Monday - Friday
Sometimes Weekends
Campaign Management - Talent Sourcing & Negotiations
Leverage sourcing tools and your own methods for curating influencers
Assist in negotiating influencer deals and emphasized influencers when deal-making
Pass information to the legal team for them to develop agreements
Manage campaign communications and updates with the influencer and pass to account team
Brief Development & Creative Concepts
Support the account team by pitching creative concepts for the influencers
Use cultural research and trends to develop campaign concepts
Reporting & Analytics
Provide mid and post-campaign reports & updates
Analyze campaign data to determine campaign learnings and opportunities for new campaigns
Key Industry Knowledge
Understanding trends/goals of Tiktok, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube
Influencer marketing industry
Ideal Candidate
3+ months of influencer marketing on the brand or agency side
Passion for advertising/marketing and how influencer marketing impacts the industry
Key eye for detail and ability to understand core client needs
Teamwork and collaboration
Ability to work remotely and autonomously
